Hi my Name is Jose and MJ's performance was the BEST.
I'm also glade that MJ is taking a stand against DRUGS &VIOLENCE. The
performance was better then all the other group I seen I think there better
then Backstreetboys and way better then Nsync. The thing that I really
love was the brake dancing I found that the best also the songs and the
beats were good. The songs that I liked the most was all three of them.
I also like clothing they were wearing that blue army suit. So that is
all I have to say about MJ's performance.

Hi! My name is Rebecca I am a 15 year-old high school student and I attended
Mj's performance at the Smart-T Jamboree at the PNC Bank Arts Center on
May 24th. Manny and Joy Medina a.k.a. 'MJ' gave a riveting performance
at the PNC Bank Arts Center on May 24th. The duo performed as part of
the Smart-T Jamboree, a show attended by nearly 10,000, and got the crowd
up on their feet and dancing along to their feel good songs. MJ opened
with a bang with an energetic performance of 'We, Are, Drug, Free'.
Manny, Joy, and their dance troop rapped lyrics such as 'We are drug free
and we like to be that way' as part of their campaign against substance
abuse. Their next number, 'Take a Stand- Stop the Violence' was the standout
song, featuring the catchy chorus 'Take a stand/ Be the one to show the
way' encouraging kids to be leaders and resist peer pressure. The final
song 'Skate Dance' showcased loud bass beats and Spanish lyrics and instantly
the crowd of high school students was on its feet dancing along. The duo
was full of energy through out the 3 songs and was one of the day's highlights.
Manny and Joy proved that you really can make a difference through song
by combining a good message with even better music.

MJ's performances are fantastic! They get the crowd going and always
have something new. The context of two of there songs are about staying
drug free and explaining how wrong violence is. Now that's something that
can't go wrong. They were great and their dances are fantastic. They are
wonderful at getting the crowd going when it comes to there skate dance
song and people just love it! Make sure to go to one of MJ's performances,
soon they will be the best young band in America. You all watch! -Leah,
