SKATE DANCE ™ Venture:

The Record industry has changed! Due to advancements in technology and extended "sharing" privileges via the internet, the music world is very different today. If you are a aspiring new artists who is not yet signed to a major label, this may never happen through traditional "old-fashioned" means unless you have something special to offer as a value added enhancement in order to sell CD's ...and receive a reward for your hard work! One World Artists has a value added concept and needs 10 additional candidates for the next Skate Dance™.com album, "Visitation II" (Volume 2). We will be seeking talent from the Manhattan Model Search events between May 2002 and November 2002. The audience for Skate Dance™ is mostly 6-18 in age, with the average fan being between 10-14 years old. For this reason, the artists for Skate Dance will need to be between 8 and 23 years of age and needs to demonstrate outstanding vocal abilities. You need to be able to dance and take direction from our stage manager & choreographer. Song writing skills are a plus but not required. You need to be able to roller skate or blade so that you may take place in performing the "SkateDance" live at the rinks, but basic skating skills are all that is necessary. If you play an instrument, this is a plus but not required. You will need to be available to tour 13-15 cities over a one year period in 2003 (which may include Manhattan Model Search Events as a bonus), 3-4 days a month, over weekends. If you miss any school days you will be tutored. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian will have to be present at all times for all sessions, interviews and performances. One World will report to major labels on a monthly basis, all tour and CD/merchandising sales. At the end of the tour the artists will hopefully receive a major label deal offer and/or a full album deal offer from OneWam records to seek traditional radio success.

One to two new artists may be selected from each Model Search event city and the remainder will be announced in November, 2002. Production will commence in August, 2002, with the completion scheduled for 12/1/02. Anyone who is not on "Visitation II" may be on "Visitation III" or may be transferred to other label opportunities.

There will be no expense to the artist to participate in this tour except for the initial demo creation. All artists need a professional demo. It is the "resume" for the industry. When the tour commences, the artists shall be reimbursed the full demo fee plus interest from a percentage of the tour income as the tour generates a profit. (Details will be specified in the contract.) The tour is based on investor funding. If for whatever reason the tour does not commence, then the CD's will be marketed though other traditional means. The artists will receive an artists royalty income from the CD sales and publishing income if they are writers. The artists will also receive a percentage of ticket sales for performances. The artists will also receive a percentage of merchandising. All travel and accommodations will be supplied by the company. The artists is responsible for all meals and is expected to remain "in shape" and maintain a healthy diet and exercise program... this is show business and we aim to make a profit for all!

Each artist will record a total of 5 songs in this venture. (3 provided from the "DEMO" venture and 2 provided at the expense of Skate Dance Records.) All artists shall sing on the theme and have their own solo song on Skate Dance Visitation II. They will be in the music video for the theme with all other artists and they will have a music video for their own solo song on this album. They will have a custom webpage that will have many photos and a fan club section. They will need to conduct live chat sessions and they will have a custom "Skate Dance" email address. Excerpts of their videos and custom interviews will be on the site. MP3 demos will also be available on this page and the entire site will be heavily promoted on the web. A website and CD comic strip is being created and they will have a chapter about them in this as well. A cartoon may also be in the works!

When the artists tours with Skate Dance™ performances at Roller Rinks and other appropriate arenas, 3 CD’s will be available:

1) The "Skate Dance Visitation II" compilation album. 15 songs plus a music video for the theme song "Skate Dance. There will be one bonus of positive message music like "Take Stand". This album will also be distributed to record stores worldwide and marketed throughout the internet on Cd as well as "MP3's". There will be a voting page in the CD and on the website to select your favorite artist(s), which is needed for major label scouting agents.

2) A solo “EP” featuring the artists with all 5 songs, This CD will be sold at all live events and will be the most important disc for the artists to prove their individual success. Their custom music video will be on this CD.

3) A "One World Artists" sampler that contains one of each of the 13 artists songs to be selected by the Executive Producer. This album will also be distributed to record stores worldwide and marketed throughout the internet. There will be a voting page in the CD and on the website to select your favorite artist(s), which is needed for major label scouting agents.

A tour would occur approximately once a month for 3-5 days. We would arrive on a Wednesday night. We would do TV, radio interviews on morning talk shows, newspaper interviews, perform mini educational concerts at Middle Schools and/or Science Centers in the late morning and in the afternoon on Thursday& Friday and then give full concerts at night at the regional rinks. On Saturday mornings we will sign CD's at a local shopping malls, and then give an afternoon and evening roller rink show. Sunday morning is free for personal reasons or to see a little of the city. At 2 PM we do our final roller rink show and head for the return destination. The artists may be tutored if necessary.

They may be possibilities to perform in huge arenas for anti-drug, anti-alcohol and anti-smoking conventions as well as anti-violence gatherings. These are great positive ways to get experience performing for massive crowds.

Hopefully, many of the new Skate Dance Artists will receive major label deals from this
fun development venture and enjoy a successful pop music career!
